This website (cloudconnected.pl) and the AI Engine product are operated by Cloud Connected, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland ("we", "us", "Cloud Connected"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website — for example, when you fill in our contact form or book a demo. It does not cover data processed inside the AI Engine software running in your own Salesforce org; that is governed by your agreement with us and your own Salesforce setup.

3. What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to give us:

• Contact form / demo requests: your name, email address, and anything you write in the message field.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this website. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools.

4. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo or trial.
• To provide information about AI Engine that you have requested.
• To follow up on a conversation you started with us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your contact details on the basis of your request (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

6. Service providers we use

To run this website and respond to you, we use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Netlify — website hosting and contact-form handling.
• Calendly — when you choose to book a demo, scheduling is handled on Calendly's own platform (opened in a separate window). Their use of your data is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
• YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode): demo videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play a video.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• restrict or object to its processing;
• request a copy in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies are limited to what is strictly necessary for the site to function. Third-party services you actively choose to use (such as Calendly or playing a YouTube video) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
